From idea to production. Powered by AI.

Up to 90% less project cost, from requirement to production.

With Orlian, seven wings of specialist AI agents carry your project from the first requirement to production, and keep watching it after. A person approves every hand-off, and one ID ties every change back to the goal it serves, so the savings never cost you control.

The red thread

One ID, from the goal to the running system.

Every objective and requirement gets an ID the moment it is written. The same ID rides on the ticket, the pull request, the test, the release manifest and the production error. So when something breaks, Orlian tells you which requirement it violates, and which business goal is at risk.

Requirements as a typed graph, not a PDF.

Plan extracts atomic, typed items: objectives, requirements, rules, policies, open questions. Each has an ID, a state and typed relations. The BRD is generated from the graph, and the graph stays the living source. Every agent in every wing reads from it.

Wing 01 · Analyze

Read the system you already have.

When there is an existing system, three agents read it before anyone plans anything: the source code and the documents around it, the running UI, and the database schema. They write down what it does today, and flag what they could not verify instead of guessing.

Existing systems only. A greenfield project has nothing to read, so it skips Analyze and starts at Plan. Greenfield projects start at Plan.
You getA verified description of the current system, with open questions marked.
Approved byYour team, who confirm it matches reality.

Wing 02 · Plan

Turn the goal into testable requirements.

The business analyst turns the goal into a BRD of typed, traceable requirements. Design maps the flows and screens, the architect writes the architecture and models threats while it can still change, QA writes the test suites, and the project manager pushes epics, stories and tasks to Jira or GitHub Projects. All before a line of code.

You getRequirements, designs, architecture, threat model, test suites and a backlog in your tracker.
Approved byYou, before any code is written.

Wing 03 · Build

Tests first. Then the code.

The Dev agent works the board issue by issue using Test-Driven Development (TDD), synced with your GitHub or Jira. A separate Review agent checks every change, and the SAST agent scans it for security flaws before it merges. Anything architectural, security-sensitive or wide-reaching goes to a named engineer, so their attention lands on the four diffs that matter, not the forty that don't.

You getReviewed, working software, with a record of every change.
Approved byAn engineer, for every change that matters.

Wing 03 · From a live project

It stopped and asked.

A review comment asked Agent #0311, the Dev agent, to add tests. Its stage policy says a separate agent writes them. Instead of picking the rule that let it finish, it quoted both, paused the ticket and asked an engineer which one wins.

issue_resumedAgent #0311 · stage boundary kept

The question, the answer and who gave it are part of the audit trail. An agent that stops when a rule is ambiguous is the difference between automation a regulated team accepts and automation it does not.

Wing 04 · Stage

Stand it up somewhere real.

The environment provisioner stands up staging as code, straight from the architecture, and keeps a registry of every environment. The test data agent seeds it with anonymized, representative data and test accounts, so everything after this runs against something real, without touching real customer data.

You getA live staging environment you can try. Build 1.4.0 closes BRQ-0014, BRQ-0031 and BRQ-0052.
Approved byA person who signs the readiness gate: staging live, migrations clean, smoke passed.

Wing 05 · Verify

Prove it works, requirement by requirement.

Test agents drive a real browser through the running app, exercise every API against staging, and probe it for security weaknesses the way an attacker would. Each test traces to a requirement. Anything that fails goes straight back to Build as a ticket, with the requirement attached.

Orlian's own regression suite was written and run by its own test agents. Every case passed.
You getTest evidence for every requirement.

Wing 06 · Release

Ship it, with a way back.

The prod deployment agent promotes the exact build that passed Verify, step by step, with a health check between every step. The way back is ready before it starts, not written during the incident.

You getA release that goes out in steps, with a tested way back.
Approved byThe person who signs the Verify gate. Health checks guard every step.

Wing 07 · Operate

Keep watching. Close the loop.

Production logs are fingerprinted into one issue per cause, triaged for severity and blast radius, and diagnosed against the architecture and the release that introduced them. The fix goes back through Build, Stage, Verify and Release. Read-only by default: patches reach production strictly on approval.

You getFewer, clearer issues:violates BRQ-0014, which realizes OBJ-0001.
Approved byA person, before any patch reaches production.

Operate → Build · the loop

Production errors come back as requirements, not stack traces.

Operate files each diagnosis back into the chain: a Build issue when the code is wrong, an open question to the requirement’s owner when the requirement was. The fix is built with Test-Driven Development, then staged, verified and released through the same gates as any other change. It reaches production strictly on approval.

Five human gates

Automation with checks, not instead of people.

A person approves every hand-off. Not because the agents aren't trusted, but because a mistake gets more expensive with every phase it survives. The gate can stop the work, and it does: on a live project, the planning gate failed because two critical open items had no owner.

Every approval carries a name and a timestamp, for you and for your auditors.

Security & governance

Built to pass the security review, not to survive it.

  • Threats modeled at design time, as typed policy items linked to the requirements they constrain.
  • SAST on every change, DAST against staging. Findings travel the same board as any other defect.
  • Read-only in production by default. Patches ship strictly on approval, with the way back stated before they run.
  • Every action logged with actor, timestamp and correlation ID.
